Both! But mostly, you'll feel great, and you'll definitely feel great after the cleanze, assuming you exit properly. Days 2 and 3 can generally be challenging days where you may encounter patches of sluggishness and minor headaches. However, trust that these are merely patches that you will get through if you ride it out. If you're going through Purgatory, keep going! You can always get a colonic or do an enema to help get through the rough patches.
